What is your role at Fifty and how has it evolved?
I joined Fifty in October 2019 as a Data Operations Analyst and it wasn’t long before I was promoted to Senior Analyst. This is testament to the flat structure at Fifty where, despite starting out with no industry experience, I’ve been guided by the expertise of the people around me and learned on the job.
What has been your biggest success been at Fifty?
I’m really proud of the structures and processes we’ve implemented so far. Fifty has allowed me to create and shape my own role as well as have an impact on our wider way of working. As a result, we’re growing exponentially and I’m excited to see what the future holds for me.
How has Fifty changed since you first joined?
We’re not only a much bigger company now, but we have also evolved in terms of our internal structure and management. It’s impressive that we have been able to scale so rapidly without compromising on our core ethos and mission.
What are you looking forward to next?
I’m really looking forward to wider collaboration across our teams and capitalising on new offerings and markets. We're also transitioning into a cookieless world so it’s exciting to be at the forefront of that with our new ID-free solution FiftyAurora!
What are your passions outside of work?
I love travelling - my fiancée is from Bali so we’ve travelled there together a few times and I’m hoping to go back again soon. During the pandemic, I got really into meditation and I’ve found that it helps me clear my mind and recharge. I’m also a self-professed chess master, so in my down time you can either find me playing chess, or watching movies at home - mostly Anime or Marvel films.
