What did you study at university?

I studied Business and Management with Accounting at UWE in Bristol.

What made you choose Fifty?

Fifty struck me as a forward-thinking, modern business  with an open and collaborative culture. I also thought the tech that Fifty has developed was extremely interesting and I found their plans for aggressive growth to be very exciting. Everyone in the company is hard-working and dedicated to the future success of the business and I think this has motivated me to work harder and focus on my own personal development.

What was it like working at Fifty during the pandemic?

It was certainly a change for me! I enjoyed the freedom and flexibility of remote working which I think enabled me to execute my role with a greater level of efficiency. Although, it has also been great to get back into the office for a few days a week to collaborate with and interact with my colleagues!

What has your biggest success been at Fifty?

I think gaining a deeper understanding of how the industry operates and what Fifty does as a business in such a short space of time has been a highlight for me so far. It has really helped me adapt to my new role. I've come from a background that isn’t tech or marketing related and it’s been a fun challenge learning about a completely new industry. On a more granular level, successfully supporting on the first OOH campaign Fifty has ever done has been an exciting and rewarding project to be involved in.

What are you looking forward to next?

I'm excited to be a part of Fifty's continued growth journey. I can’t wait to see how we develop and what we have achieved in a year or two. The collaborative start-up mentality that's engrained into the business means that Fifty is an interesting, ever-evolving place to work.
