What did you study at university?
Economics at Bristol.
What made you choose Fifty?
I’ve always wanted to work for a startup and I was really impressed by how lovely everyone was. There was a real sense of celebrating individuality and looking at what different people could bring to the table.
What is your role at Fifty and how has it evolved?
My role has evolved massively from when I first started. I actually started off in the AdOps team as a Performance Executive, but soon after I started I got hooked on the Fifty Platform and gradually shifted my role into what has now become the Insights Team. Since then, I’ve been able to branch out and start working across more teams, from Sales, to AdOps and even Marketing - which keeps it interesting!
Fifty has undergone rapid growth since I joined and, fortunately, this wasn’t hindered by the pandemic. Fifty does a great job of putting its people first and we now have an amazing set of processes in place that support and complement the abilities of our team.
In addition to this, our HR team works really hard to make everyone feel engaged and maintain a strong sense of culture to keep the team motivated and engaged whilst working remotely.
What has been your biggest success been at Fifty?
Making my first hire and growing the insights team has been a huge achievement. Now that we’re a team of three, we’ve been able to increase our capacity and open ourselves up to more opportunities to work with some pretty major clients.
What are you looking forward to next?
Fifty expanding our global reach. Branching out into the USA and Australian markets has been hugely exciting.
