What is your role at Fifty and how has it evolved?

My current role is Senior Commercial Manager. What I do has changed with the company's growth over the past three years which has kept it challenging and exciting. Initially, I was pitching purely to high growth start up businesses. This then developed into working across our partnerships and Venture Capital relationships to drive quality leads for the business. Today, we’re now pitching to global brands and working in global sports sponsorship.

How has Fifty changed since you first joined?

The main thing that has changed is that processes have been put in place as the company has grown up. However, my role has still maintained a freedom to explore and discover new opportunities and ways of working which has made the job really enjoyable. Most importantly, Fifty still has that really kind, people-first team I found when I joined.

What did you do before joining Fifty?

Before Fifty I used to sell Financial events to traders & portfolio managers in the world’s top 100 Asset Management companies. Although I enjoyed the fast paced nature of this work, I didn’t have a passion for finance and instead found I enjoy the creative aspects that come with both marketing & a startup environment.

What are your passions outside of work?

I love playing football, Going to music events, stand-up comedy, exploring London’s food & socialising with my friends at the pub.

What has your biggest success been at Fifty?

I'd say my biggest success has been forming some of Fifty’s key partnerships which has led to some of the company's biggest wins.
