When did you start?

December 2021, so I’ve been here just under a year and a half.

What is your role at Fifty and how has it evolved?

My current role is Performance Manager in the Paid Social team, which falls under Ad Operations. I joined as a Senior Performance Exec working with a variety of clients, mainly scale ups and growth brands, over several different verticals and platforms.

Since Black Friday/Cyber Monday time, which are key dates for the Paid Social team, I've had more opportunities to work with larger clients, and have grown with the company into my current role as Performance Manager.

What did you do before joining Fifty?

Prior to joining Fifty, I worked for Pinterest in Dublin. There, I was an account manager for German clients; I was working in the German market and mainly across SMEs (small and medium-sized businesses). I was mainly focussed on optimising their accounts and scaling them up.

What are your passions outside of work?

The past few months I was training for the Hackney Half Marathon, so I'm trying to enjoy running! I like going to live music events and I’m hoping to get Glastonbury tickets in the resale this year, too. Apart from those, I also like going to watch football.

What’s next? Is there anything you’re looking forward to in particular?

I’m really looking forward to continuing to scale larger brands and also test out new platforms and opportunities. One that’s been a particular focus recently is TikTok. We’ve been exploring the potential there, so that’s something I’d like to introduce to our clients in the future.

If you are looking for a new challenge, see all our current opportunities here. For more information about our company values and life working at Fifty, head over to our careers page, or get in touch with us at [email protected].
