When did you start?

I started in April 2024 so just over a year and a half ago now.

What is your role at Fifty and how has it evolved?

I'm an insights manager, and my role has evolved quite significantly over the last year and a half. Starting with conducting studies for all our clients and potential clients, I now focus more on in-depth analysis and presenting those findings both internally and externally.

What did you do before joining Fifty?

I was at a small marketing agency doing primarily paid social, insights, and strategy. Before that, I worked in editorial and marketing, which gave me a better understanding of a client's entire world, both from an organic and a paid perspective.

What has your biggest success been at Fifty?

I would have to say successfully launching a major sequel to a video game in lots of countries around the world. We had to create bespoke studies for each market and uncover both core and opportunity audiences to target for the campaigns, all whilst understanding and taking into consideration market nuances. For me, this has probably been one of the most challenging and rewarding projects I’ve worked on.

What are your passions outside of work?

My hobbies are quite varied. I do pole fitness and aerial, which includes hoop and aerial straps, but I also knit, so it's a very big spectrum.

What’s next? Is there anything you’re looking forward to in particular?

From a career perspective, I just want to grow more within the company. We are now at a point where there are lots of new, exciting clients and opportunities, and my role changes week on week — you know, every day is very different. So I'm just looking forward to trying new things and uncovering new and interesting insights.
