What did you study at university?

I studied Social Policy with Criminology at Bristol, followed by a Masters in International Relations.

What made you choose Fifty?

I found the transparency and openness at Fifty a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the graduate schemes I was looking at. The team is made up of people from lots of different backgrounds, and the culture felt instantly welcoming. Everyone is friendly, passionate and willing to share their unique knowledge and experiences.

What has been your biggest success been at Fifty?

I’m extremely proud that despite starting with very little industry experience, I now own and manage my own accounts. It’s been a huge learning experience but extremely gratifying. It’s in stark contrast to other executives at agencies where exposure to this level of responsibility and autonomy is rare. I love that I have a say across the entire process, from pitching and planning to activation.

What are you looking forward to next?

I’m looking forward to the team growing in size, especially now we’re all settled into our amazing new office! We already have such a great culture and there's lots of great socials to look forward to and new people to meet.
