Fifty Journeys: Tom
09 Dec, 2021
What did you study at university?
I studied Philosophy at the University of Kent.
What made you choose Fifty?
I felt at home very quickly here and was impressed by the collaborative and open working environment. Everyone you meet is genuinely interested in what makes you tick as a person and I find myself continually inspired by the people I work with.
What was it like working at Fifty during the pandemic?
The pandemic wasn’t easy, but we managed to maintain a really fun atmosphere whilst working from home. We found ways to bond with the team through virtual activities like pasta making and gin tasting.
What has your biggest success been at Fifty?
My sales acumen and knowledge has grown immensely during my time at Fifty. Having started off with no media marketing knowledge whatsoever, I now feel like I’m an integral part of the team and feel confident bringing new ideas to the table.
What are you looking forward to next?
As we scale, I’m really looking forward to taking on bigger clients, as well as forging more relationships internally within the company. I feel like I’ve learnt so much about myself already and I can’t wait to see what my future at Fifty holds.
